Made with Fairtrade cotton, our ethical bags have been tested out by Which?.

They can take up to 40kg, meaning they are extremely strong and durable.

Our short handle string bag has also been certified under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), which means no chemical pesticides or fertilisers are used in the production of the of the fabric.

Absolutely love my long handled string bag. It was part of a gift set I received and have used it ever since. You can fit so much in there and so easy to roll up and slip in to your handbag. Mine is Blush but will definitely be purchasing in another colour.

I’ve used these excellent bags for years, hopefully saving many turtles in the process. They have held up well to hard use. An unexpected bonus is that in extremis, when a bag is uncomfortably heavy, or I need both hands free, the long handles make it possible to sling the bag across the shoulders, backpack-fashion.

Genuinely the best bags I have ever bought, both for myself and friends. I have had mine for years and they’re still going strong. I’m just about to buy another one as a gift.
I love it when cashiers offer me extra bags in supermarkets, which often happens when I take out my two Turtle bags. They’re always stunned when the bags expand to about four times their size and I easily get everything in!
